Taragarh Fort, Bundi

Features

Also called as Start fort, it is example of Rajasthani style of architecture. This 14th century fort is located on step hills and three gateways - Lakshmi Pol, Gagudi Ki Phatak and Phuta Darwaza. It gives the fantastic view of surrounding area especially at the sunset. Among the features of the fort includes water reservoirs, Rani Mahal, Garbha Gunjan (large cannon). Unfortunately, the fort is in ruined state due to lack of proper care.
