Indian War Memorial Museum, Delhi


Indian War Memorial Museum is established to give tribute to the Indian soldiers who had participated in the world war on behalf of the British. The first gallery showcases scenes showing the battle of Panipat with the army of Babur and Ibrahim Lodi standing opposite each other. The other war objects are arrows, swords, small weapons, armours, revolvers, machine guns, Bomb fuses, shells, communication devices, solider uniforms, models of army transport etc. Another attraction of the gallery is the complete dress of Maharaja Jodhpur.
