National Museum of New Delhi is one of the largest and oldest museum established in 1947. The museum has several sections Archaeology, Anthropology, Arms & Armour Central Asian Antiquities, Decorative Arts, Manuscripts, Numismatic & Epigraphy, Paintings, Pre-Columbian & Western Art and Pre-History & Archaeology. The museum has life size model of dinosaur with large collection of stuffed animals. The museum hold many programs, exhibitions and film shows natural history, ecology and environment.
