Pashtane Wildlife Sanctuary, Dhule


Located on Satpura Hills Range, Anerdam sanctuary shares common boundaries with other sanctuaries like Yawal sanctuary. Common plant species include common Khair, Hiwar, Babul, Bel, Albizzia lebbek, Dhawda, Palas, Salaia, Ficus etc. Fauna of the sanctuary includes Monitor lizard, Barking deer, Chikaras, Hares, porcupines, jungle cats, Hyenas, Jackals, wolves and wild boars etc.

Nearest Railway Station is Nardona with 40 km. Chalisgaon Railway Station with 125 km. Located on Bombay-Goa National Highway with 5 km from Shirur, private vehicles are available from Shirpur, Dhule and other nearby cities.


15 km from Shirpur, 70 km from Dhule


Day visit is sufficient and for night stay at government guest house need prior permission.
